Apeejay School located at Nerul, Navi Mumbai requires IT Support Executive.

Job Responsibilities are as follows:-

1. Installing various Operating systems like Windows (all versions) and Linux (Ubuntu and Cent OS) on Laptop and Desktop manually and using image Software like Acronis True Image.

2. Setting up LCD Projector and setup Zoom conferencing/Webex meetings.

3. Troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, Operating systems, Networking and Internet issues.

4. Setting up email clients like Outlook and Thunderbird.

5. Setting up recent mobile phone for users including configuring email and apps.

6. Co-ordinating with support team of IT vendors/partners/ISPs/UPS partners to resolve issues

7. Setting up, managing and updating Anti-virus and Firewall clients on client machines.

8. Setting up network printer and do troubleshooting of printing services

9.



Providing Remote support to users using Teamviewer/Anydesk to resolve client application issue like outlook setup or printer setup etc.

10. Setting up Access Point for Wi-fi access and setting rules in UTM devices (preferably Sophos)

11. Must possess knowledge about server and client architecture setup, and should be able to make Active Directory users and assign rights/privileges.

Candidate should be a graduate in any stream with at least One year diploma or certification in Computer Hardware & Networking, and must possess 2-4 years work experience in this field. Work experience in an educational institution would be an added advantage.
