About the Role

We are looking for a Business Operations Junior Manager who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and driving execution.

This is a high ownership role for someone who is analytical, detail oriented and excited about working across multiple business functions. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team,



suppliers and internal stakeholders to build efficient operations that enable the company to scale.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations
- Continuously improve existing operational processes while developing new workflows that support business growth.
- Create and maintain clear process documentation to ensure operational consistency.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.
- Work closely with leadership and cross functional teams to implement process improvements.

Partner Success and Business Coordination
- Onboard new supply partners and build long term relationships.
- Act as a key point of coordination between internal teams and external partners.
