Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Service Assistance: Support service staff in setting up tables, serving food and beverages, and clearing after meals.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests, respond to basic inquiries, and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
- Outlet Preparation: Help prepare dining areas before service, including cleanliness, layout, and stock readiness.
- Learning & Development:



Participate in training sessions to understand F&B; standards, service protocols, and product knowledge.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Compliance & Hygiene: Follow safety, hygiene, and grooming standards as per hotel policies.
