Unifers.ai is building AI-powered solutions for modern sales and go-to-market teams. We’re looking for a performance marketer who can help us scale customer acquisition through data-driven digital marketing.

What you'll do ?
- Plan, launch and manage performance marketing campaigns across
Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
.
- Own campaign performance from
strategy and targeting to optimisation and reporting
.
- Analyse metrics such as
CPC, CPL, CAC, conversion rates and ROAS
to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, messaging, landing pages and audiences.
- Work closely with the
content, design and sales teams
to build campaigns that generate qualified leads.
- Develop and continuously optimise lead-generation funnels.
- Track campaign performance and create regular reports with actionable insights.
- Research competitors, audiences and emerging paid acquisition channels.
- Experiment with new growth strategies and channels to improve customer acquisition.





What we're looking for ?
- 3-5 years of experience in
performance marketing / paid acquisition / growth marketing
.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as
Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and conversion funnels.
- Comfortable working with data, analytics and experimentation.
- Good understanding of landing pages, lead generation and conversion optimisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Someone who is curious, proactive and enjoys testing current ideas.

Bonus Points :
- Experience marketing
B2B SaaS / AI / technology products
.
- Experience with tools such as
Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel or similar analytics platforms
.
- Experience running campaigns for the
US market
.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing or email marketing.
