Role & responsibilities

Stonebranch role:
- Design and automate MFT workflows using Stonebranch Workload Automation, integration with service now, MFT platforms.
• Develope and manage Stonebranch tasks, workflows, schedules, dependencies, and event-driven automation to streamline file transfer operations.
• Integrate Stonebranch with databases, Snowflake, Databricks, and APIs, including secure token/credential handling and automated job execution.
• Implemente monitoring, alerting, error handling, and retry mechanisms for critical MFT workflows, reducing manual intervention and improving SLA compliance.
• Troubleshot production automation issues and optimized workflows, including job failures, agent connectivity, file-transfer delays,



scheduling dependencies, and end-to-end MFT processing.
• Experience in Python and powershell scripting.
• Implemente AI-driven automation solutions to improve MFT operations, including intelligent monitoring, incident analysis, and automated troubleshooting of file-transfer workflows.
• Leverage Generative AI and automation frameworks to reduce manual effort, accelerate root-cause analysis, and improve operational efficiency across MFT and workload automation environments.
