Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a proven track record of driving lead generation, optimizing campaign performance, and delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

● Develop and implement lead generation strategies to achieve business growth targets.

● Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

● Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

● Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.





● Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

● Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other reporting tools.

● Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

● Stay updated on the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.

● Coordinate with the sales and business teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
● Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

● Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

● Experience managing high-budget performance campaigns.

● Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution models.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
