Job Summary

Event Dynamics is looking for a creative, hands-on, and result-oriented Social Media Executive & Creative Designer who can independently manage our social media presence and creative requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva, along with practical experience in content creation, photography/video coordination, real-time content editing, social media management, and paid advertising campaigns.

The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete creative and social media process — from concept creation and content planning to designing, editing, posting, and running paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Designing & Creative Work
- Create creative and professional designs using CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Design social media posts, reels covers, banners, event creatives, invitations, brochures, promotional materials,



and branding collaterals.
- Develop creative concepts according to the company's branding and event requirements.
- Prepare high-quality and platform-specific creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan and create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Develop reels, posts, stories, videos, promotional content, and event-related content.
- Handle real-time content creation and editing during events.
- Capture or coordinate required content from events and convert it into engaging social media content.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and ensure regular posting.
- Identify trending content formats, reels, sounds, hashtags, and creative ideas relevant to the event industry.

Photography & Videography Coordination
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers for events and marketing shoots.
- Communicate
