Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Mobile Automation Engineer with 5 to 7 years of core hands-on experience with Appium, SeeTest and Rest Assured

1. Mobile Test Automation (Appium & SeeTest)
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade mobile test automation frameworks from scratch for native, hybrid, and web applications across iOS and Android.
- Execute parallel and cloud-based mobile execution using SeeTest (Digital.ai) continuous testing platforms.
- Implement robust locator strategies, Page Object Models (POM), and maintain execution stability across various screen resolutions and OS versions.

2. API & Integration Testing (Rest Assured)
- Develop and maintain automated API test suites using Rest Assured (Java) to validate backend microservices, RESTful APIs, and mobile endpoints.




- Conduct end-to-end integration testing to ensure seamless communication between mobile client front-ends and server-side APIs.

3. CI/CD & Test Management
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps) for automated regression and smoke testing.
- Manage test data generation, workplace configurations, and device lab orchestration.

4. Collaboration & Strategy
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Daily Stand-ups).
- Analyze test execution reports, identify flakiness, troubleshoot root causes, and log bugs in Jira with clear steps to reproduce.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for test automation engineering across the team.
