Sales & Application Planning & Execution

Lead weekly planning and execution of sales and application activities as per business targets.

Ensure all customer inquiries, quotations, and technical proposals are processed promptly and accurately.

Coordinate with production, SCM, and design teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal technical solutions.

Technical Support & Application Engineering

Provide technical support to customers and the sales team, including product selection, sizing, and application engineering.

Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and presentations to customers as required.

Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Supervise and mentor sales and application staff, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.

Conduct daily briefings and ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities.

Promote discipline, teamwork, and a customer-centric approach within the department.

Identify bottlenecks and implement best practices to improve sales conversion rates and application support.

Monitor KPIs such as order intake, application turnaround time, and customer feedback
