- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing and fixing problems in electrical systems, AC units, plumbing fixtures, and machinery.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conducting regular checks, servicing equipment, and logging maintenance activities.
- System Operation: Managing and maintaining systems like BMS (Building Management Systems) or fire protection.
- Installation Support: Assisting with setting up recent equipment.
- General Upkeep: Handling minor carpentry, cleaning, and responding to maintenance requests promptly.
