Acting as a Backend Developer, you’ll design and build scalable backend services and APIs across SaaS and on-premises environments. This hands-on role offers the prospect to work on backend architecture, integrations, scalability, and operational excellence while contributing to smarter, more connected autonomous network operations.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable backend services and APIs for portal capabilities and shared services.
- Build reusable service layers that enable multiple Autonomous Network applications to leverage common platform functionality.
- Develop integrations with AN applications, analytics platforms, and operational data sources to support cross-domain and subscriber-centric use cases.
- Define and maintain service contracts, authentication,
authorization, and configuration patterns.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, architects, and platform teams to deliver reliable end-to-end solutions.
- Ensure backend services meet key requirements for performance, reliability, resilience, security, and observability.
- Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, troubleshooting, deployments, and release activities across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
- Apply modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development tools, to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, with 5–8 years of relevant software engineering experience in backend development (total experience 8+ yrs).
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and backend programming using Java, Go
