In India, Fluvian works with founder-led and mid-sized businesses that are scaling but beginning to feel the strain — too much manual work, fragmented systems, unclear ownership, limited visibility, and constant firefighting.

We help businesses strengthen how they operate through diagnostics, process redesign, operational improvement, KPI and governance systems, ERP readiness and adoption, pilot-led transformation, and hands-on execution support.

Fluvian also works closely with
MeridianMac
, a UAE-based business and technology services partner, particularly on ERP, migration, implementation, CFO / MIS and related capabilities.





This gives the person joining us exposure to an entrepreneurial consulting platform spanning
India, Singapore and the UAE
, while working directly with experienced business leaders.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a
Business Development & Lead Generation Partner
to help us identify the next companies we should be speaking to.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 sales role.

It is a flexible, entrepreneurial
gig
for someone who is curious about businesses, good at finding opportunities, comfortable using AI and LinkedIn, and confident enough to open conversations with senior decision-makers.

You will work directly with Fluvian’s leadership and, where relevant, our international partners to build a high-quality pipeline of consulting opportunities.
