A B O U T T H E R O L E

We're looking for an entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to own and scale Anveshan's offline business across

the North region. This is a build-from-scratch mandate — you'll design the distribution architecture, appoint and

manage the channel-partner network, lead a team of Area Sales Managers and field executives, and carry full

P&L; responsibility for the region.

K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

Revenue & P&L; Ownership

▸ Own the regional P&L.; Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets against an agreed AOP.

▸ Manage margins & spends. Own trade spends, scheme design and margin structures; track spend-to-sales

ratio and course-correct.

Distribution & Channel

▸ Build the network. Expand General Trade and Modern Trade distribution across Delhi NCR and adjoining

Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets.

▸ Appoint & manage partners. Onboard super stockists, distributors and channel partners; drive ROI health,

claims settlement and stock hygiene.

▸ Deepen distribution. Drive numeric and weighted distribution, per-outlet throughput, assortment depth

and range selling.
