ABOUT KoinBX

KoinBX is a growing Fin-Tech organization focused on secure and cutting-edge digital asset solutions. We are seeking an IT Administrator to oversee day-to-day IT operations and deliver reliable technical support to our Bangalore office.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The IT Administrator will be responsible for end-user support, hardware, networking, IT infrastructure, asset management, and basic security, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted IT operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide day-to-day IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, and other devices.

· Install and troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, and other required software.

· Set up IT systems and laptops for new employees and collect assets during exit.

· Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, internet, and basic network issues.

· Manage user accounts, email access, passwords, and system permissions.

· Maintain IT asset records, licenses, warranties, and AMC details.

· Perform basic hardware maintenance, software updates, and antivirus checks.





· Coordinate with IT vendors for purchases, repairs, and maintenance.

· Support meeting rooms, video conferencing, and other office IT needs.

· Maintain IT records and follow basic security and compliance practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

· Strong desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting skills.

· Familiarity with Active Directory, user management, and endpoint security.

· Basic understanding of cybersecurity and antivirus practices.

· Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.

· 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in IT Administration, Desktop Support, IT Helpdesk, or System Administration.

· Relevant certifications are an advantage.
