The role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and coordinating with external service providers when needed to maintain a safe and pleasant workplace for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Check and ensure proper functioning of electrical fixtures, lighting, fans, air conditioning units, and plumbing systems.
- Carry out minor repair works such as painting, fixing leaks, and replacing bulbs or switches.
- Monitor and maintain tools, cleaning materials, and maintenance supplies.
- Report any major maintenance issues or breakdowns to the manager immediately.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance services (e.g., AC, electrical, plumbing).




- Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are maintained within the premises.
- Support event or display setup and dismantling as required.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
- Ability to handle cleaning tools and maintenance equipment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Minimum qualification: ITI in Electronics (preferred).
