Purpose/Objective

The Executive - Business Analyst supports the gathering, analysis, and management of market data related to commercial realty assets, including office spaces, retail properties, and hotels.
This role involves assisting in data management, market information analysis, and contributing to the preparation of reports and benchmarking activities.
The Executive - Business Analyst helps in ensuring accurate data representation and supports the creation of actionable insights for decision-making across various asset classes.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Executive - Business Analyst Market Information Gathering: Assist in collecting data on rent trends, lease terms, hotel operations, and other key commercial realty metrics.
Support in sourcing market information from brokers, industry reports, and databases.
Data Management & Analysis: Help organize and maintain market data, ensuring it is accessible and up to date.
Assist in analysing data trends and identifying patterns across office, retail, and hospitality assets.
Data Representation & Reporting:



Contribute to the preparation of regular reports and presentations summarizing market insights.
Assist in benchmarking commercial properties against market standards and competitors.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Business Analyst and other internal teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Communicate findings and insights clearly to the team, contributing to project discussions.
Continuous Improvement: Help refine data processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in reporting and analysis.
Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve data collection methods.
