Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and UX teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and GUI testing for desktop applications.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through to resolution.
- Enhance automation frameworks and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Contribute to maintaining high product quality across evolving software features and releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of overall experience with at least 2+ years in QA Automation.
- Strong programming skills in
Python, Java, or Perl
.
- Hands-on experience testing
desktop applications
on
Windows and/or Linux
.
- Experience with GUI automation tools such as
Squish
,
Robot Framework
,
Playwright
, or similar frameworks.




- Valuable understanding of software testing principles, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture fundamentals.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and automation pipelines.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts.
- Experience with CAD, 3D visualization, engineering, or desktop software products is an added advantage.

Primary Skills (Must Have): Python/Java/Perl scripting, GUI test automation experience (Squish/Robot, preferably desktop), CI/CD pipeline experience (Azure DevOps, AWS, etc.)
