Job Description Java Backend Developer

Position: Java Backend Developer
Experience: 7–9 Years
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.
- Develop robust backend services using Core Java, Java 8 and Java 17.
- Write clean, efficient and maintainable code following best coding practices.
- Work extensively with Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) for developing optimized solutions.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, database operations and backend data processing.
- Participate in application design, development, debugging, testing and production support.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support automated application deployment.
- Work with AWS DevOps tools and services for deployment, monitoring and infrastructure automation.
- Troubleshoot application, performance and deployment-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps and business teams.

Required Skills:




- 7–9 years of hands-on experience in Java Backend Development
- Strong proficiency in Core Java
- Strong experience with Java 8 and Java 17
- Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
- Solid SQL and database query-writing skills
- Hands-on experience with AWS DevOps
- Good knowledge of CI/CD
- Experience with software development lifecycle, debugging and production support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good to Have:
- Experience working on scalable enterprise/backend applications
- Knowledge of cloud-based application deployment
- Experience with automated build and deployment processes
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodology
