Hiring Architect

We are looking for an experienced Architect with strong hands-on experience in the Real Estate sector, particularly in High-Rise Residential and Commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Strong design capabilities with hands-on experience in Residential and Commercial high-rise tower projects. Experience in Healthcare, Schools, Hotels, and other project types will be an added advantage.
- Well-versed with building codes, municipal rules, regulations, and development control bye-laws.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing RERA drawings.
- Hands-on experience in preparing and checking Aluminium Shuttering / MIVAN drawings.
- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, interior drawings (where applicable), concept designs,



electrical layouts, and basic plumbing drawings.
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and monitor site execution and project progress as required.
- Good knowledge of latest finishing materials, products, and construction trends available in the market.
- Strong understanding of drafting standards, presentation drawings, and technical detailing.
- Coordinate, review, and provide comments on MEP and Structural drawings.
- Coordinate with concerned departments, consultants, and project stakeholders through emails and meetings.
- Maintain proper project documentation, including both soft and hard copies of drawings, approvals, and related records.

Preferred candidate profile

Computer Skills Required:

Proficiency in AutoCad, PPT presentation, Google Sketch up, (optional - BIM, Revit, Photoshop) and other basic MS Office applications.
