We seek a Performance Marketing Specialist for a D2C brand(women's wellness) in Gurugram.

Job Responsibilities

● Plan, create, and execute paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

● Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.

● Manage campaign budgets, monitor ROI, and track KPIs to ensure optimal performance.

● Analyze data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

● Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure high-quality ad creatives.

● Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

● Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to improve campaign results.

● Work on retargeting,



audience segmentation, and lead nurturing strategies.

Job Qualifications

● 2-7 years of proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, preferrably with D2C or consumer brands (Fashion/Lifestyle/Apparel).

● Robust understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate Optimization, and ROI metrics.

● Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint (preferred).

● Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Manager.

● Good communication and coordination skills.
