As we continue to expand our hardware portfolio and work with leading customers across the EV ecosystem, we are looking for a Technical Program Manager – Hardware to join our Sales team.
Role Overview
The Technical Program Manager will work closely with the Business Head to drive hardware-led business opportunities and manage programs from customer requirements to successful deployment and scale-up.
The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Program Management. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, developing the right solution in collaboration with internal teams, supporting commercial discussions and ensuring successful execution of customer programs. This role requires a combination of technical understanding, business acumen,



customer management and robust execution skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Program Ownership
Own end-to-end hardware programs from initial customer requirement through solutioning, pilot, deployment and scale-up.
Define program scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
Track program progress and proactively identify risks, gaps and bottlenecks.
Ensure timely closure of customer and internal deliverables.

2. Customer & OEM Engagement
Work closely with OEMs and strategic customers to understand their business, technical and deployment requirements.
Participate in customer discussions and act as the technical and program interface between the customer and Kazam.
Translate customer requirements into clear and actionable inputs for Product, Engineering and Operations teams.
Manage customer expectations, timelines and dependencies throughout the program lifecycle.
