Job Title: Real Estate Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 3+ years of experience in Real Estate accounting to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping.

Record and reconcile bank transactions.

Handle Accounts Payable (AP)



and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and ledgers.

Manage GST, TDS failing and other statutory compliances.

Monitor project-wise expenses and revenue tracking.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the Real Estate or Construction sector.

Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
