Department - Offline Central Management

About the Role

Job Location- Noida One Office (Work from Office - Monday to Saturday) Open to PAN India Travel (Based on Business Requirements)

Responsibilities
- Drive high-priority strategic initiatives for the offline operations team to improve current business, expansion, and day-to-day operations across offline centers
- Manage stakeholder communication with respect to process changes, milestone planning, and escalations
- Partner with Finance, SCM, HR, Admin, and cross-functional teams to align operational execution with strategic business goals
- Build a deep understanding of all the organization's KPIs and assist leadership in making decisions and executing them
- Ensure the project’s OTD (On Time Delivery) while also continuously striving to improve the project’s TTV (Time To Value)




- Drive end-to-end preparation of the Annual Operating Plan in alignment with organizational strategy
- Enable leadership decision-making through scenario planning and ROI analysis
- Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials

Qualifications

Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate No barrier in Discipline/Grades

Required Skills
- Have exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills; experience in client-facing roles is a plus
- Excellent decision-making and response abilities in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business Acumen / Business Operations skills to understand the market dynamics
- Advanced MS Office
- Strong analytical, Data analysis, and problem-solving skills
