Role & responsibilities

The Agency Manager role is a frontline sales leadership role. The success of this position depends on building a productive advisor team, developing them through regular engagement and generating quality health insurance business through ethical sales practices.
- Recruit suitable insurance advisors from the local market.
- Train and develop advisors on products, customer handling, sales process, renewals and service expectations.
- Create current business through advisor activation, joint field work, customer meetings and follow-up.
- Support advisors in lead conversion, documentation, proposal login and policy issuance process.
- Guide customers and advisors on service matters such as policy servicing, renewal support and claimrelated coordination.
- Maintain daily discipline in planning, reporting, field activity and business follow-up.
- Follow company process, compliance requirements and ethical selling practices at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in any sales or marketing field.

Preferred backgrounds:



insurance, banking, NBFC, telecom, FMCG, direct sales or other target-oriented sales roles.

Two-wheeler is mandatory because the role requires regular field activity.

Local market knowledge is required. Candidate should be comfortable meeting people, building networks and developing advisors.
