Assist in the Recruitment Process:
- Work closely with senior HR team members to understand job requirements and role expectations.
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Screen Resumes and Applications:
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate Interviews:
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication to provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain Candidate Database:
- Update and maintain an organized database of candidate information.
- Track the progress of each candidate in the hiring pipeline.
Build a Talent Pipeline:
- Proactively source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals).
- Participate in networking activities to help build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for future roles.
Collaborate with Team Members:
- Work with HR and other departments to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Support additional HR initiatives as needed, such as onboarding and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus but not required.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques on LinkedIn or other professional networks.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions beyond recruitment (e.g., onboarding, employee relations).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
