Position Summary

Le Royal Park, Puducherry is looking for an experienced, energetic, and guest-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, managing the restaurant team, ensuring guest satisfaction, and achieving operational and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure excellent food and beverage service and a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant service staff.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage shift operations.
- Ensure proper restaurant opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor table service, order taking, food delivery, and billing processes.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping,



and other departments.
- Monitor restaurant sales, revenue, and operational costs.
- Ensure proper control of food, beverage, crockery, cutlery, and other inventory.
- Minimize wastage and ensure productive use of resources.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, grooming, and food safety.
- Conduct staff briefings and provide on-the-job training.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards.
- Assist in planning promotions, special events, buffets, and banquet functions.
- Monitor guest preferences and encourage repeat business.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to the Food & Beverage Manager/Hotel Management.
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods and special functions.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in restaurant or hotel F&B; o
