Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in

Python backend development and a strong full stack engineering mindset. The ideal

candidate must have hands-on experience building scalable web applications, designing

robust APIs, and working closely with frontend technologies — especially React.js

(Mandatory).

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong

stakeholder management abilities, and the confidence to collaborate directly with cross

functional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
- Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making




- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive solutions
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of software development experience in Python
- Hands-on experience with Django / FastAPI / Flask
- Strong frontend development experience with React.js (Mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have
- Experience with Docker and Kube
