Immediate joiner OR Serving Notice OR 15 Days Notice acceptable.

Location : Hyderabad & Ahmedabad

Open Positions :

1. US Tax Preparer (1040) -

Experience - 3 Years

Experience in preparing US Individual Tax Returns - 1040

Excellent Communication

2. US Tax Reviewer (1040) -

Experience - 4+ Years

Experience in reviewing 1040 US tax returns and ensuring compliance

Excellent Communication

3. Chat Support Tax Preparation (1040) -

Experience - 3 Years

Shift Allowance

Experience in US tax preparation along with client interaction via chat

Solid verbal & written communication skills required

4. Chat Support Tax Reviewing (1040) -

Experience - 4+ Years

Shift Allowance

Experience in reviewing tax returns and resolving client queries through chat





Excellent verbal & written communication and review skills required

Shift Timings:

Tax Preparer & Tax Reviewer - 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM/10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Chat Roles (Chat Preparer & Chat Reviewer) - 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM

Desired Skills:
- Minimum 3- years of hands-on experience in preparing, reviewing, or supporting U.S. individual income tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1040-NR, and 1040-SR, with the ability to leverage this expertise to effectively assist customers in a live, real-time chat support environment.
- Ability to communicate technical tax concepts in plain, jargon-free language that keeps customers informed without overselling or overpromising.
- Comfortable working to defined handle-time targets while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
