Alicon is setting up a new greenfield manufacturing facility at Shikrapur, and is building the founding plant team to establish HR systems, processes, and workforce capability from the ground up.
Role Purpose
The Manager / Senior Manager HR will be a senior member of the HR function at Alicon's Shikrapur greenfield plant, responsible for driving industrial relations, contract workmen management, statutory compliance, and plant administration for a manufacturing workforce. The role requires a seasoned HR/IR professional with a strong track record in the Pune industrial belt, proven capability in independently handling IR issues involving contract workmen, and sound understanding of contract labour compliance, plant systems, and administrative functions. Prior experience of setting up HR in a greenfield project will be a solid added advantage.
