GRE / Hostess – Job Description

Position: GRE / Hostess
Department: Front Office / Guest Relations / F&B;
Location: Restaurant / Hospitality

Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage guest seating and table allocation.
- Handle reservations, waiting lists, and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Assist VIP guests and provide personalized service.
- Handle guest feedback, requests, and basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain excellent communication and hospitality standards.
- Ensure the reception/hostess area is clean and presentable.
- Maintain coordination with Restaurant Manager, Captain, and service team.
- Support the team during peak hours and special events.

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels,



or hospitality preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication and personality may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
- Good knowledge of English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.
- Customer-focused with a positive and confident attitude.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
