Role overview:
We are looking for a motivated Franchise Development Executive to drive franchise expansion by identifying potential franchise partners, promoting the franchise business model, and increasing the overall number of franchise outlets. The role involves lead generation, partner acquisition, relationship management, and supporting franchisees throughout the onboarding process.Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to expand the franchise network and increase the number of outlets.
- Generate and qualify franchise leads through various channels such as online platforms, networking, referrals, and events.
- Promote the company’s franchise model by conducting presentations, meetings, and follow-ups with potential investors.
- Understand investor requirements, explain franchise packages, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for franchise evaluation, onboarding, documentation, and smooth launch of outlets.




- Maintain lead database, track performance, monitor market trends, and identify new expansion opportunities.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Any Bachelor's degree; MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Experience: 5-6 years in franchise development, business development, sales, channel development, or a related field. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
