Role Description
The UX/UI Researcher role at HummingBird is a full time hybrid position based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home days.



In this role, the UX/UI Researcher will plan and conduct user research across the talent lifecycle, including interviews, usability tests, surveys, and contextual inquiries with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. The person will analyze qualitative and quantitative data, synthesize insights, and translate findings into clear recommendations for product, design, and engineering teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with UX/UI designers and product managers, mapping user journeys, identifying pain points, and helping shape Responsible AI experiences that are intuitive, ethical, and inclusive. The UX/UI Researcher will also contribute to design thinking workshops, create research artifacts (personas, user flows, and reports), and support continuous improvement of the platform’s experience and engagement strategies.
