Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct market mapping to identify key players in the pharma industry and their respective roles.
- Develop executive hiring strategies for senior-level positions, including CXO hiring.
- Lead headhunting efforts to attract top talent from competitors or other industries.
- Provide recruitment consulting services to clients on mid-level hiring needs.
Job Requirements :
- 1-15 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, healthcare and lifesciences, staffing, recruitment, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful executive hiring (CXO) and headhunting experiences.
- Robust understanding of industry mapping and market trends in the pharma sector.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
