Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales and distribution of our ice cream and dairy products across Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing outlets, achieving sales targets, and ensuring strong market coverage.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for ice cream and dairy products.
- Identify and develop recent customers, dealers, distributors, retailers, supermarkets, and HoReCa clients.
- Visit assigned markets and outlets regularly to generate orders and maintain relationships.
- Promote the company's product range and communicate product features, pricing, schemes, and offers.
- Manage and expand the distribution network across assigned areas in Hyderabad.




- Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments, and outstanding collections.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with the distribution and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic service-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
- 16 years of experience in FMCG / Food / Dairy / Ice Cream sales preferred.
- Experience in general trade, modern trade, distributor sales, or HoReCa will be an advantage.
