Role Description
The Senior Engineering Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in
Kolkata/Bangalore
. This role oversees multiple engineering teams, providing technical leadership, mentoring, and performance management to ensure delivery of high-quality Voice AI solutions. The person in this position collaborates with product, data science,



and operations teams to define requirements, plan projects, and align engineering roadmaps with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding software design and architecture decisions, reviewing code, managing integration efforts, and ensuring timely execution of projects and releases. The Senior Engineering Manager also drives process improvements, promotes best practices in software development, and supports hiring and development of engineering talent.
