About the Role

Mars Elevator is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and bring new elevator/lift orders.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying upcoming construction projects, building relationships with builders, developers, architects, contractors and property owners, generating qualified leads, conducting site visits, following up with prospects and converting opportunities into confirmed elevator orders.

This is a field sales and business development role with strong focus on new customer acquisition and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate current leads and business opportunities for elevator/lift installations.
- Identify upcoming residential, commercial and industrial construction projects.




- Visit construction sites, builders, developers, contractors and potential customers.
- Develop relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors and project managers.
- Generate enquiries for recent elevator/lift requirements.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate for site surveys and technical discussions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects until order closure.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain a proper sales pipeline and update lead status regularly.
- Develop and maintain a database of builders, contractors, architects and potential customers.
- Generate business through cold calling, field visits, references, networking and market research.
