A Front Office Executive (FOE) acts as the primary point of contact and "face" of an organization, managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, and handling communication. Key responsibilities include handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and performing clerical tasks.

to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Greeting guests, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining the visitor log.
- Communication: Answering, screening,
and forwarding incoming phone calls; managing emails and couriers.
- Administrative Support: Filing, scanning, copying, and updating documents.
- Scheduling: Organizing appointments and managing front-desk calendars.
- Front Desk Maintenance: Ensuring the reception area is clean and skilled.
- Security & Safety: Maintaining office security by controlling access via the reception desk.
- Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material

- Answering questions and addressing complaints
