Job Description

What a Senior Manager Migration Practice, Asia Pacific does at Visa:

TheSenior Manager Migration Practiceis a key member of Visas regional migration consulting capability. You will work closely with the Migration Practice Director and cross-functional Visa teams to design and deliver complex credit card migrations that are network-sound, customer-secure and compliant.

You will typicallylead workstreams or small-to-medium engagements, contribute to enhancing Visas migration playbooks and tools,



and act as a trusted advisor to client project teams. You will translate technical and operational considerations into clear business implications and support C-level and functional stakeholders through critical migration decisions.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or

Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
