Experience Required
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience managing B2B demand generation and B2C/D2C performance campaigns.
- Robust hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and ABM campaigns.
- Experience managing and scaling high-value paid media budgets.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline and revenue.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, attribution and conversion tracking.
- Experience working with CRM, marketing automation and offline conversion tracking.
- Ability to independently own campaigns from strategy to execution, optimization, reporting and revenue.
- Candidates without meaningful hands-on LinkedIn and ABM experience will not be considered.

What Youll Own
- Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and other relevant platforms.




- Build and execute B2B demand generation campaigns across international markets.
- Develop and execute LinkedIn ABM campaigns targeting specific companies, industries, decision-makers and buying committees.
- Build complete MQL SQL Opportunity Pipeline Revenue funnels.
- Manage B2C/D2C performance campaigns focused on conversions, CAC, ROAS and revenue.
- Develop full-funnel paid media strategies across TOFU, MOFU and BOFU.
- Conduct ICP development, audience research, segmentation and intent-based targeting.
- Build retargeting, remarketing and conversion journeys.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on lead quality, SQLs, pipeline and revenue—not vanity metrics.
- Work with CRM, sales, content and automation teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Track the complete customer journey from ad click to closed business.
- Manage budgets with a strong focus on CAC, CPL, CPQL, ROAS, ROI and pipelin
