We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant – Strategy to work closely with the Director’s Office, providing executive support while assisting with strategic planning, business research, scheduling, and key priorities.

Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Preferred Background: Executive Assistance, Strategy, Business Analysis, Management Consulting, or Management Trainee
Working Days: 6 Days

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Assist the Director in planning daily priorities, meetings, commitments, and important follow-ups.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal teams, clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate the Director’s business travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and other arrangements.
- Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, reports, discussion points, and relevant information for the Director.
