About the Role
- We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Success / Relationship Manager with 3–5 years of experience to manage and strengthen relationships with domestic and international customers.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers, understanding their requirements, guiding them through the company’s services, maintaining long-term relationships, and converting qualified prospects into clients.
- This role is best suited for someone who is confident in communicating with students, parents, and other stakeholders, and who can deliver a high-touch, personalized customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with domestic and international customers, ensuring a consistently professional and personalized experience.
- Engage with prospective students, parents, and customers to understand their requirements, goals, and expectations.
- Conduct consultations and effectively explain relevant programs and services based on customer needs.




- Build solid relationships with prospects and guide them throughout the decision-making and onboarding process.
- Follow up consistently with enquiries and prospective customers to improve lead-to-client conversion.
- Manage existing customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for queries, updates, feedback, and concerns.
- Coordinate internally with consultants, mentors, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout their engagement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, referrals, and long-term engagement where relevant.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, conversion status, and other activities using CRM or internal tracking systems.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify potential service or relationship
