We are growing fast and currently expanding our talented Research team. We are looking for new Analysts to join the company on a full-time basis with remote working offering (from home), based in India.

Successful candidates will have a natural flair in research, understanding the concepts of finance, Debt Financings and M&A;, with quick reading skills and high level of accuracy and attention to detail,



helping us in finding and collating articles for our company news feed and processing the information for our database.

Deal Data Research – Junior Analyst

Vacancies - 1 position

Salary - 8 Lacs PA max

The candidate will be:

Assisting in the creation of company profiles pertaining to mergers & acquisitions database.

Expected to support the de-duplication of company profiles on our database.

Demonstrating robust verbal and written communication skills.

Expected to assist on special projects of the company.

Deep understanding of finding information on companies from SEC filings, Annual reports, news articles etc.
