Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and review GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C.
- Assist in GST registration, amendment, cancellation and refund applications.
- Handle TDS return preparation, filing and reconciliation.
- Assist in Income Tax Return preparation and filing for individuals, firms and companies.
- Perform GST, TDS and other statutory reconciliations.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, schedules and MIS reports.
- Support statutory, tax and internal audit assignments.
- Coordinate with clients for collection of accounting, GST, tax and audit-related documents.
- Identify discrepancies in accounts and resolve accounting and compliance issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of client assignments.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work and statutory compliances.
- Communicate with clients professionally regarding pending information and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated with changes in GST, Income Tax,



Companies Act and other applicable regulations.
- Work effectively with seniors and team members to complete assignments within deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- CA Inter / CA Final / CMA / CS qualification will be an added advantage.
- 15 years of relevant experience in Accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS and Audit.
- Good knowledge of GST, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Experience in accounting software such as Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Valuable understanding of GST returns, reconciliations and tax compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
