- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience with a Fintech, NBFC, or Digital Lending company.
- Must have hands-on exposure in building corporate tie ups for digital lending products preferably in Payday Loans, Medical Expense Loans, upskilling loans, or other unsecured lending products under corporate tie up model. Should have co lending partnerships building experience.
- Proven experience in developing and managing corporate partnerships, institutional alliances, and healthcare tie-ups.
- Strong existing network with Corporate HR Heads, CXOs, Hospital Administrators, Healthcare Chains, and Institutional Decision Makers.
- Positive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in a highly performance-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, commercially astute, and capable of independently driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
