About the Role:

We are looking for a Web Developer to join our startup and help us build, improve, and scale our web platform.You will work closely with the founding and product teams to develop new features, improve website performance, fix bugs, and create a smooth user experience.This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to work on real product features and contribute directly to the development of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications.
- Build new features and functionality for our website and platform.
- Convert product requirements and designs into functional web interfaces.
- Improve website performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Identify and fix bugs and technical issues.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services.
- Work with databases and backend services where required.
- Implement analytics and tracking requirements using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams on website improvements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.




- Test new features before deployment.
- Continuously improve the platform based on user feedback and business requirements.

What We're Looking For:
- 0–3 years of experience in web development.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with a contemporary frontend framework such as React.js / Next.js.
- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Basic understanding of databases and backend development.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Understanding of responsive web design.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a startup environment.

Good to Have:
- Experience with Node.js.
- Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL or other databases.
- Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4.
