About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and technically strong Video Editor to produce high-quality digital video content for Snaphomz. The ideal candidate should be comfortable editing real estate videos, product explainers, podcasts, social media reels, educational videos, and short-form viral content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

This role requires strong expertise in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects, along with hands-on experience using modern AI-powered video and creative tools such as Higgsfield, CapCut, Canva, and similar platforms. The candidate should be able to combine storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, sound design,



and platform-specific editing styles to create content that is visually engaging, professional, and audience-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

· Multi-Format Video Editing: Edit short-form and long-form video content, including reels, YouTube videos, podcasts, product explainers, property walkthroughs, educational videos, and social media campaigns.

· Software Expertise: Use Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro, to create polished, professional, and brand-aligned video content.

· AI Tool Integration: Use AI-based creative tools such as Higgsfield, VEED, CapCut, Canva, and other emerging platforms to improve editing speed, visual quality, captions, transitions, repurposing, and creative experimentation.

· Social Media Content Creation: Create fast-paced, engaging, and platform-native videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

· Motion Graphics & Visual Enhancements: Add text overlays, lower-thirds, animated titles,
