Role Description
This part-time remote Customer Service Representative role is responsible for supporting clients and internal teams by handling inquiries related to advertising services. On a day-to-day basis, the representative will respond to customer questions via email, phone, and chat; provide accurate information about services and campaigns; and document interactions in CRM or ticketing systems. The role includes resolving basic issues,



escalating complex concerns to appropriate team members, and following up to ensure satisfaction. The representative will collaborate with account managers and operations staff to maintain a positive customer experience, adhere to service-level expectations, and contribute feedback on common customer needs or challenges.

Qualifications
- Customer focus: ability to provide strong Customer Service and support Customer Experience across multiple communication channels.
