Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident *Telecaller Executive* to join our Sales & Customer Support team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in *Malayalam and English*, be customer-focused, and possess a passion for sales and relationship building.

Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact potential customers through phone calls.

* Introduce and explain the company's software and IT services.

* Generate and qualify business leads.





* Follow up with customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships.

* Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.

* Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely support.

* Maintain accurate customer records and daily call reports.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

* Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills in *Malayalam and English (Mandatory)*.

* Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

* Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

* Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Freshers are welcome.

* Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, BPO, or Business Development is an added advantage.
