Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operations for International Holiday Packages. The ideal candidate will have strong destination knowledge across Europe, Far East, and the Middle East, along with hands-on experience in supplier coordination and booking management to ensure a seamless travel experience for customers.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales and operations for international holiday packages, from lead handling to booking closure and post-booking support.
- Engage with leads generated via the portal, understand customer requirements, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Design and customize holiday packages, including itineraries, hotels, and experiences, aligned with customer preferences and budget.
- Conduct hotel price comparisons and recommend
