Role & responsibilities

looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, inventory reconciliation, and accounting for our dealership. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in the automobile/dealership sector and a solid understanding of automotive accounting processes, OEM payouts, and GST compliance.

Preferred candidate profile
- Dealership Financials: Manage day-to-day accounting, general ledger entries, cash flow, and bank reconciliations for sales, service, and spare parts departments.
- OEM & Vendor Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts with Kia India (OEM), body builders, financiers, and local vendors.
- Vehicle & Inventory Accounting: Track stock movement, physical vs. book inventory (vehicles and spare parts), and process claims/discounts/incentives.
- Taxation & Compliance: Handle GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS/TCS calculation, monthly filings, and ensure full statutory compliance.
- Invoicing & Billing: Verify vehicle billing, RTO charges, insurance payouts, and customer exchange valuations.
